Our frosting of choice is butter cream and our signature frosting is the real European butter cream. We stay away from the powdered sugar and lard frosting that is widely in use.

We will give you a choice of cake (buttery yellow, chocolate fudge, lemon, carrot, spice etc...) a choice of filling (butter cream, fruit, mousse, cream etc...) a choice of frosting (American butter cream, European butter cream or creme fraiche) and finally a choice in appearance (your imagination)

For the ultimate look and taste may we suggest Marzipan instead of Fondant and of course our sublime European butter cream.

We work very closely with several florists and can readily coordinate your designated theme and color scheme with them.

Because of the strong demand for our wedding cakes and our commitment to a high standard of craftsmanship we can only accommodate a few cakes a week so you need to meet with us as soon as possible in order to reserve your cake for your wedding date.
